AgroVIR browser-based software
During the use of the AgroVIR software platform the User enters and records detailed information about the operations and performance of its farms. The User expressely acknowledges that AgroVIR creates linked databases from the raw data and structures it in a form that allows the User to record and analyze its own data. On top of the data entered by the User, AgroVIR automatically collects the GPS coordinates of the User and may use other data collection tools, such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies.
How we use personal data
AgroVIR may use the stored personal data only in an anonymized and aggregate form for business, statistical, research, product development, communication, marketing and business purposes.
Sharing personal data
AgroVIR will not disclose, under any circumstance, the personal data processed by it to any third party, except in the cases defined by legislation.

Data storage and security
To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure and to ensure the appropriate use of your information, we utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process. AgroVIR retains data as required or permitted by law and while the data continues to have a legitimate business purpose.
The data may be stored either on AgroVIR’s own servers, or on remote servers of third parties rented by AgroVIR from carefully selected providers. AgroVIR guarantees the safety of data stored on servers of third parties as if it was stored on its own servers.
